In 2018, HSP transitioned to a limited company, enabling a more structured approach to governance, financial control and strategic planning. The appointment of Chris Power as business partner in 2020 further strengthened the company’s commercial capability. As a qualified Quantity Surveyor, Chris introduced enhanced cost management, risk control and tendering processes, allowing HSP to successfully secure and deliver larger-scale commercial projects.
