CDM Compliance & Client Assurance
We guide clients through their responsibilities under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations, ensuring full compliance at every stage. Where required, HSP acts as Principal Contractor and works closely with the Principal Designer to manage health, safety and risk from concept through completion — protecting both the project and the client.

Construction-Ready Planning
Before work begins on site, we ensure every project is fully construction-ready. This includes coordinated design information aligned with the RIBA Plan of Work, clear scope definition and early structural input to minimise risk, delays and unforeseen costs during the build phase.

Transparent Project Delivery

Building Control & Technical Sign-Off
HSP manages the building control process from start to finish, liaising with approved inspectors and local authorities as required. We coordinate inspections, certification and final approvals to ensure all works meet current regulations and are signed off correctly – delivering a compliant, complete and future-ready project.
