Located in the stunning surroundings of St Ives, Cornwall, Atlantic Coast Holiday Park commissioned the development of a new reception building designed to enhance the guest experience and establish a central hub for arrivals.
The client’s vision was to create a modern, sustainable, and welcoming facility that would serve as both a reception and a retail/café space.
The new building also incorporates dedicated office spaces, toilets, an internal storeroom, and a workshop area – providing a functional, high-quality environment that reflects the park’s ongoing commitment to excellence, community, and environmental responsibility.
SCOPE OF WORKS
HSP were appointed as Principal Contractor to deliver the project from the ground up, managing all stages from groundwork through to final fit-out. The brief focused on sustainability, functionality, and a design that complemented the surrounding landscape.
